1. Employees are prohibited from accepting gifts from juristic entities or outside entities with whom we do busines​s, in the discharge of their duties, or those related with the discharge of their duties as assigned by the Bank. This is to prevent inducements, bribes and potential conflicts of interest.
2. In the event that employees accept gifts because they cannot refuse or want to maintain cordial business relations, or for whatever reason, they are required to adhere to the provisions of this Code of Conduct.​​
