To encourage all Thais to “GO GREEN” and create a comprehensive green ecosystem, KASIKORNBANK PCL and SC Asset have teamed up in offering Green Home Loan to buyers of energy-saving homes under 53 housing projects of SC Asset. The loan program offers interest rates starting at 2.5 percent p.a. during the first three years with loan amount granted at up to 100 percent and loan term up to 30 years plus no appraisal fee. This initiative aims to promote the use of clean energy among Thai people, as part of the effort of cutting greenhouse gas emissions in order to make the world a more habitable place for the next generation.

Additionally, they can pay for home booking fees via K-Credit Card, and enjoy 10-percent cashback when exchanging K Points equal to the spending amount, or they can pay for home booking fees via Xpress Card and enjoy a long repayment installment plan of up to 36 months. The ‘Green Home Loan’ program is part of KBank’s efforts to encourage Thais to use clean energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pass on a livable world to the next generation.”
