K Points – formerly KBank Reward Points - is a KBank point accumulation program. Customers earn K Points by using products/services determined by KBank, for instance, when they spend via K-Credit Card or complete ‘missions’ and comply with the established conditions. Customers shall earn points based on conditions of each product/service under a project or promotional/marketing program, as the case may be, with notice given by KBank. Currently, K Points are offered only by KBank. However, K Points may be offered by other companies under KASIKORNBANK FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE.
No. Customers can earn K Points from spending via credit card of the relevant billing cycle and at the same rate as previously set by KBank (25 Baht = 1 point). Points earned in this manner can be redeemed as before, and have no expiry date.
Yes. K Points can be combined based on each customer. Customers can combine their K Points earned from spending via credit card with those from other transactions in order to increase their points for redemption.
*K Points earned from THE PASSION Visa Card, Blue Credit Card, OneSiam KBank Credit Card, BDMS-KBank Credit Card (Visa Platinum), and KBank-Shopee Credit Card cannot be combined with K Points earned
from other channels.
Example One for point combining
Customers have two credit cards (for which points are allowed to be combined. Details are as shown in the next item.): VISA Platinum card with 300 points and JCB
card with 200 points. Customers have earned an additional 300 points from other missions. Therefore, they have a total of 800 points.
Example Two for card combining
Customers have two credit cards: VISA Platinum card with 300 points and THE PASSION Visa Card with 200 points (Points of THE PASSION Card are not allowed to be combined
with other channels.) Customers have earned additional 300 points from other missions. Therefore, they have a total of 800 points that can be divided into two portions: 600 points that can be combined, and
200 points (from THE PASSION Card) that cannot be combined.
K Points can be combined from any credit cards belonging to the same cardholder and bearing the same name.
With the exception of the following (hereafter referred to as the “Group of credit cards having points
that cannot be combined with points earned from other credit cards”)
Customers can view K Points details by pressing the “View point details” button on the K Points page on K PLUS. The system will then show the sources of credit cards or missions customers have earned K Points from, including the points’ expiry date.

Sorry, customers cannot combine points earned from credit cards that are not allowed to be combined with other credit cards, with points earned from other channels at this time, because the points earned from that particular group of credit cards and/or the use thereof offer more privileges than other cards.

A mission is an activity organized for customers to accumulate K Points. KBank will determine different conditions for each mission depending on a sales promotional activity organized during a specific time. News related to activities is available mainly on K PLUS, while details of some activities are promoted via other channels of KBank.
It depends on the sales promotional conditions of a mission specified in “Mission details on K PLUS” or other media.
In the K Points page on K PLUS, under the “Popular missions” heading. Customers can press the “Mission” button to read details and press the “Join mission” button to participate in the mission.
Customers can earn K Points from non-credit card products by completing missions within a specific period and under the conditions determined by KBank. The period of each mission varies depending upon the sales promotional program or missions organized during the specific time.
Customers can redeem K Points in the following ways
K+ market is a marketplace on K PLUS which serves as a hub of great deals for food, drinks, travel, and shopping. KBank customers can shop by redeeming their points or using money from their KBank account.
K Points will be redeemed based on their expiry dates. If there are not enough points, the system will use points earned from credit card transactions. K Points can be redeemed via two channels, as follows
a. In case K Points are redeemed via K PLUS
b. In case K Points are redeemed at sales points or via K-Contact Center
Customers can choose the card for point redemption only at sales points and K-Contact Center. Customers cannot choose the card via K PLUS.
Remark: Cards that cannot combine K Points include
