Super Senior Fixed Deposit

How is the difference between Taweesup Fixed Deposits Account and Fixed Deposit Account?
  • Taweesup Fixed Deposit require the same deposit amount for 24 consecutive months start from 500 baht to 25,000 baht per month. The interest received will receive 15% tax exemption. (Limit 1 customer 1 account)
  • Fixed Deposit offer various term (3,6,12,24 and 36 months), interest will be paid on maturity date and will be taxed at 15%. The Customer do not have to make monthly deposit, only deposit one time with minimum 1,000 baht.
For Flexible Fixed Deposit Plus Family Protection account and Super Senior Fixed Deposit account , Can I withdraw money before the end of the deposit term? How will I receive the interest?

The principle amount can be partially withdrawn before the deposit due term whereby:

  • For Flexible Fixed Deposit Plus Family Protection Account

    In case depositor withdraw before maturity and deposit is made less than 3 months is subject to the lowest rate of 3-month fixed interest rate, and if deposit is made at least 3 months is subject to the lowest rate of 6-month fixed interest rate.

  • For Super Senior Fixed Deposit account

    In case depositor withdraw before maturity and deposit is made less than 3 months, the balance earns no interest. If the deposit is made at least 3 months is subject to the lowest rate of 3-month fixed interest rate. savings interest rate.

The remaining funds in the Flexible Fixed Deposit Plus Family Protection account or Super Senior Fixed Deposit account will continue to accrue interest at the specified rate on the deposit dates as usual.

If a cheque has been issued but funds are insufficient on the due date, can the cheque be canceled ?
