Supports security operations for the bank’s businesses, such as maintenance of cash, financial instruments, valuable assets, banknote sorting, counting service, and security services for the lives and properties of KASIKORNBANK’s clients and employees.

Progress Collection Co., Ltd.

Supports the monitoring and resolution of loan debts for KASIKORNBANK’s consumers and business owners.

Supports facilities management and cleaning services for KASIKORNBANK.

Progress Management Co., Ltd.

Supports the supervision and management of properties obtained from the bank’s debt payment to be in condition ready for sale or lease. Supervises and inspects properties obtained from debt payment and pledged properties in order to transfer the debt payment from debtors of the bank and companies within the financial conglomerate. Provides payment services related to properties, e.g. local maintenance tax, property tax, tax unburdening, common expenses, utilities fees, and other related expenses, including preparation of sales contracts and related sales information, and preparation of lease contracts for KASIKORNBANK’s foreclosed properties (NPA).

Progress Storage Co., Ltd.

Supports supervising the management of inventory items that KASIKORNBANK’s debtors place for guarantee. Maintains, controls, closely monitors, and protects such items from damage or loss. Counts inventory items that debtors do not place for guarantee but associate to loan giving by KASIKORNBANK and companies within the financial conglomerate. Provides inspection services of loan documents in the loan accounts of debtors who are given loans from KASIKORNBANK or companies within the KBank Financial Conglomerate.

Progress HR Co., Ltd.

Supports the management, recruitment, and employment of personnel to perform customer services for the bank and companies within the KBank Financial Conglomerate.

Progress Appraisal Co., Ltd.

Provides collateral price appraisal service and acts as KASIKORNBANK’s authorized representative to register the transfer of mortgage rights for guarantees placed by KASIKORNBANK’s nonprofit debtors to Phethai Asset Management Co., Ltd., at land offices in Bangkok and perimeter areas. Provides the service to register rights and register juristic acts for KASIKORNBANK and companies within the KBank Financial Conglomerate.
