Why do I have to enter email when applying for K PLUS SHOP ?
- To confirm that you are the email owner.
- The email is used as your Username when logging in to K PLUS SHOP.
To apply for K PLUS SHOP, can I use the same email as I use with K PLUS ?
Yes, you may use the same or a different email. You may change it when you apply.
How long will the OTP sent to my email remain valid ?
- Three minutes. After entering your email address you will receive an OTP at that address.
- You must then enter the OTP on K PLUS within three minutes to confirm your application, otherwise you must request a new OTP.
What is the PIN created after confirming data accuracy and completeness? Can I use the same PIN as that used with K PLUS ?
- The PIN is a six-digit code which is used to log in to K PLUS SHOP. You may use the same PIN as that used with K PLUS.
How many K PLUS SHOP accounts can I have with one K PLUS number ?
You may have only one K PLUS SHOP account for each K PLUS account.
How do I apply for K PLUS SHOP ?
- Download the K PLUS SHOP app from App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the K PLUS SHOP app.
- Enter your email address and touch “Log in”.
- Enter 6-digit PIN.
- Create your profile. You are ready to accept payments!
May K PLUS SHOP be used immediately upon application ?
Yes. You are approved immediately upon applying via K PLUS.
What payments can K PLUS SHOP accept ?
Payments are accepted from accounts at any bank through mobile banking and e-Wallet applications.
How secure is K PLUS SHOP ?
QR code payments comply with Bank of Thailand security standards.
Can a limit be set on payment amount ?
K PLUS SHOP has a per-payment limit to protect against wrong amounts being entered.
Is there a K PLUS SHOP sales slip ?
No, since payment is by funds transfer. However, both customer and merchant receive SMS confirmation of transfer and payment.

You may view historical transactions on the app.
Where can I check the amounts of past payment ?
You may view historical transactions on the app by sliding on the screen, or have the report exported and sent to your email address.
If a customer does not receive an e-slip, where can I get proof of funds transfer ?
Normally, if a customer has not received an e-slip and the merchant has not received a payment alert, that means that the transaction is not yet complete.
You may call K-BIZ Contact Center at
02-8888822 to have us investigate the transaction.
How can I find out when a just-made transfer payment is complete ?
Once the transfer is complete you should receive an alert; you may also view “Sales history” on K PLUS SHOP. If there is a transfer transaction, it means that the transfer is complete.
If not, you may check the customer’s e-slip or call K-BIZ Contact Center at
02-8888822 to have us investigate.
Can I cancel a sales transaction ?
You may cancel a sales transaction only on the day of the transaction before the daily cut-off time.
If my smartphone/tablet is lost or stolen, will payments accepted through the device be lost as well ?
No. Funds transfers are made into your bank account and data is not kept in your device but on KBank’s servers. When you get a new device, you may immediately access a balance and incoming transfers summary report.
How can I terminate my K PLUS SHOP account ?
Clear any balance in your K PLUS SHOP account and call K-BIZ Contact Center at
02-8888822 to request service termination.
Are there any fees ?
Merchants may be subject to monthly or annual fees depending on special features or functions they may utilize.
Payments via foreign card/e-Wallet are subject to Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) fees per prior merchant contractual agreement.
Are fees different from those for EDC payments ?
Currently, there are no MDR fees for payments transferred from savings/current accounts via mobile banking apps.
Can K PLUS SHOP be used with 3G, Wifi and EDGE ?
Yes, K PLUS SHOP can be used with all of these, depending on internet speeds at the time.
How many devices (smart phones/tablets) can be used with one K PLUS SHOP account ?
One K PLUS SHOP account can be used with up to 11 devices (11 users), the account owner (User Owner) plus 10 staff members (User Employee). All 11 users/devices are on a single K PLUS SHOP account.
What should I do to change the device used for my K PLUS SHOP account ?
How to change devices
- Download K PLUS SHOP to the new device.
- Receive device change notification.
- Confirm device change
- Enter your national ID or Company registration number.
- Receive OTP via SMS to your registered mobile phone number, and use the OTP to verify.
- After your identity is confirmed, the system will ask for your PIN to log in.
What should I do if I have difficulty with the app ?
- Ensure that your device is connected to the internet via 3G, Wifi or EDGE. If there is no signal, or the signal is pending, restart the device.
- If the problem continues, we suggest you delete and re-install the app.
How can I create / delete User Employee accounts ?
Merchant may create “User Employee accounts” on K PLUS SHOP.
- Log in to the system with your email and PIN.
- Go to “Manage User Employee”
- Create User Employee
- Create and verify email
- Set PIN
- Select “User” to view details.
You may change PINs or employee names and delete User Employees.
How do I change my PIN ?
You may change your PIN on K PLUS SHOP.
- Log in with email address and PIN.
- Go to the “Settings” menu and choose “Change PIN”.
- Enter new PIN
- Confirm new PIN and touch “Confirm”.
What can I do if I forgot my PIN ?
Go to Reset PIN in the K PLUS SHOP app.
- Log in to the system with your email address.
- Touch “Forgot password”.
- Enter your national ID or Company registration number.
- Enter email address and wait for OTP via email.
- Enter OTP to access the system.
- The system requires you to set a new PIN.
